‘Ecole Emmanuel,’ otherwise known as Emmanuel English Language Centre, is at the heart of Kerith Trust’s interest in Djibouti. You will discover more on later pages but for now please let us start with some introductions.

Welcome to the website of Kerith Trust!

KT is a charity that primarily acts as a channel to support the activities of MMR, an agency in Djibouti, that is heavily involved in educational and other work that will aid those who are impoverished and disadvantaged to be better able to achieve their potential in life.

Well that is where we are starting!

The terms of the charity mean we can do similar work in other countries and work with other local agencies and even provide other forms of support that will encourage and better equip the local team so their effectiveness is enhanced.

The website has three aims:

  • Raise awareness about Djibouti and the work of MMR
  • Create interest that hopefully leads to funding for MMR projects
  • Highlight the need for more volunteers to assist in MMR’s work.
